I am pleased to announce that my obsession with the camel may have finally passed. Well, let's just say that I don't think about him all the time. I do have a picture of him hanging in my cubicle at work (probably not him, but it's a camel). I could be obsessed with worse camels. Remember Smokey Joe (was that his name?)? True story--I was a smoker. I started in high school to look cool. I was up until my late 30's. On and off, of course. I never maintained a pack a day habit or anything. I just couldn't seem to give it up completely. Anyway, my best friend start smoking Camels in college and had more camel crap. Oh, back when the cigarette companies could lure you with fabulous prizes and gifts.
I didn't have any time to post last week, so I am trying to make a conscious effort this week. How am I doing? I think my posts are just blah, but they are more just me.
I let myself sleep in today since I've already had two days of Cardio Class and I've got two more this week. It felt good to sleep in a bit. Now, if I could figure out how to sleep through the night. I woke up at 2 am with The Smiths running through my head. Nothing like Morrissey singing, "stop me...oh...oh...oh....stop me.....stop if you think that you've heard this one before....." Must have been the song I heard on my iPhone yesterday. I hadn't listened to The Smiths in so long that I was about to break out in dance in my cubicle. Luckily, for now, the walls are high.
OH, and I lied. I couldn't let the day pass without a weekly dose of the Camel.
So, for your viewing pleasure:
Happy Hump Day, y'all!
